At least 95% of my LJ Friends-list who were suitably geographically placed, and who have posted, had a good gaze at the lunar eclipse last night :-))) G & I had a fabulous view from the comfort of our own dormer window - luckily, after a 2 x 4 miles walking during the day, I'd cat-napped from 17:00 until G woke me at 20:30 - so I had the spoons to stay up until midnight :-)))

Getting back on the horse
Mar. 4th, 2007 09:07 pmThe OU have granted me a 12 month extension to complete my PGCE. This would mean a 10 week teaching placement this autumn, with 3 weeks after to complete my final portfolio.
My GP isn't convinced I'll be able to sustain that intensity of pressure on myself.
Step The First? Find a part-time job in the near future (Mar/Apr). (G's objections are noted but shelved at this time).
Any specific pointers, gratefully received as ever!
