"Archaeologists have found what is believed to be the first discovery of a Viking burial site in the UK. The site is said to be among the most significant discoveries made in the UK in the last 100 years. The burial site, containing the bodies of four men and two women, was found outside the village of Cumwhitton, near Carlisle by local metal enthusiast Peter Adams. The site is believed to date back to the 10th Century."
