This morning, I cycled about 6 miles and also walked about 2 more, chatting to local Green Party types about the upcoming elections.
This afternoon, G and I walked for about 2 hours (5 miles) along the nearest canal and river. A mixture of nice urban scrubland and tatty, half-derelict industrial units (with lots of litter). Oh, for some kind of community rehabilitation project - for the land and the people, eh? But I've clearly got a bit more energy at least :-)
