Pie Day (Observed)
I've just discovered some Pilsbury puff pastry in my freezer which needs using up!
I slept reasonably well, and I'm feeling slightly less 'out of it today'. I still need to take things easy.
It's Fairtrade Fortnight, and I have Fairtrade fresh mango and pineapple in the house.
I see Mango Pie in my near future :-))))
