Please consider sending a message to the USA CDC, who have apparently just changed their rules on sex and HIV education to forbid demonstrations of how to use condoms, and to require that condoms be describe as 'ineffective' in reducing the spread of AIDS (and other sexually transmitted diseases).
"How do you respond to this? Apparently, by sending email to HIVComments@cdc.gov or faxes to 404-639-3125 before the deadline for public comment on August 16th this year. "
