Couldn't get 'ahead' of myself today - too much 'rat-bagginess' from the kids - so I forsee being a bit screwed for catching up with work for the rest of the week :-( Still, did have one 'Wow!' moment with one student...

My cycle is ill - and it's like I'm missing the other half of myself. I shall have to take my folder tomorrow, and lock it in the staff work-cupboard. And I got very cold waiting for a bus back from the cycle shop :-((( But I'm warm again, and G made a lovely dinner for me :-)

Cat truce seems to be holding - B sniffed P's nose :-)

Had my first 'personal' tutorial, and my tutor was very patient and supportive.

But now I need to do half-an-hour of work, and then to seriously unwind for sleep...

Back to training in the morning. Clock ticking: 40 days of school, plus 17 days of holiday, plus 26 days of weekend, plus 15 days of assignments, until I'm due to hand in my final portfolio (in early June). Any way you look at it, there is going to have to be a lot of living it up at the end - party, wake, waddeva...

Urgent meeting about significant changes to Mater's treatment plan, 10 am.

Into school for start of planning week, delayed until pm.

Feeling a little less awful. Good to have so many people who are serious about protecting me from myself...

Thanks everyone :-) It went OK! Very slow easing back into school, having been off since March, but OK. And Mater coped reasonably well - but tomorrow's going to be harder, as she'll be alone at home all day.

I know I'm preaching to the choir, but people - please get your female and male cats neutered unless you are a responsible cat breeder, so there are fewer unwanted cats going stray.
