Bathroom ooo

We have a tentative schedule for replacing our excreable bathroom:

Now - rough estimate, UKP 6K
end Jan - Builder presents detailed estimate
2nd week Feb - destruction commences, back to joists and plaster
end Mar - whizzy new bathroom!

The plan is:

dry-lined exterior walls
new glazing, low-e obscured
insulated floor and ceiling
real linoleum floor
fully tiled walls, understated but not clinical style
'double-ended' (central taps) bath
low-flush loo
passive shower over bath
sensible sink (with cupboards built below)
heated towel rail
two cabinets (only existing feature to be retained!)

So I will need to be mostly house-based for the sake of kitty and G sanity for mid-Feb to end-Mar.
