Plod, plod, plod.

At least I have some medicines which seem to be successfully combatting most of my current minor health woes*.
Four more houses to see tomorrow, instead of going to Picocon 20. But at least we should get to take tea with good friends afterward, before the drive back to our current home :-)

And my G should be home by about 17:00, which is three hours earlier than usual at the end of every working week, always away.

I've been awake for an hour - can I go back to bed until G gets here, please?

* TMI department: outer ear low-grade eczema, opportunistic infestation thereof by some combination of bacteria and fungi. Feel like I've got something viral, too, by the aching of my joints.**
** FTMI No, I'll not mention the rest.

Go back to bed... you sound like you need the rest. Now who needs to take care of herself, eh? (smile)

It was being chewed up and spat out by the remorseless grind of research which taught me the necessity of putting myself first sometimes :-)

When G gets home, I may order us both straight to bed :-)

Sounds like a good plan! Sleep helps many things.

Yay for good medicine! Hope you are feeling better soon. I'm sure G's being there will help :-)

It sounds like you've got something similar to what I had as a teenager, chronic otitis externa (eczema of the ear canal). I eventually shifted it with double-nuclear-strength antifungal cream courtesy of a sympathetic skin specialist.

Anyhow, sorry you won't be at Picocon. It looks like I'm definitely going now, seeing as how I have been activated as an Emergency Panel Participant...

Big hugs,

MC

Yes, it does sound very similar - mine might not be as bas as yours, although it is chronic, it was described as low-level by the ENT specialist. I'm on some anti-fungal hydrocortizone drops at the moment, which are definitely help lots.

Extra Emergency Picocon Panel Participant... Eeppp!

Have fun :-)

Hugs right on back atcha (But for less than 5 seconds! :-)

[The LJ web spell-checker (which for Oxfam gives Orgasm), suggests antinuclear for antifungal, hydroxyzine for hydrocortizone, and Puccini or Peacocking for Picocon...]
