Keeping on

A good week - didn't get too lonely with G & D both working elsewhere, got some reasonably useful things done at work ... and two great aikido training sessions, in which I didn't make a total fool of myself ;-) Tonight in particular, I was training with three advanced students, and Sensei was pleased with how I muddled along with the dan-grade stuff ;-) Nothing broken except one nose rest on my specs, too!
