Felt much better after making a rockin' salad for lunch (raw leek - not very Mutual, but very tasty - red pepper, walnuts, e.v. olive oil... the works -)

D home to UK early, so had a good natter :-)

Had a fun aikido training session (kaitenage, sumiotosh, multi-person attacks ...sp? :-) and about to bath and bed with G :-)

Tomorrow: volunteering all day for Oxfam!

Whatever they need ... do research, write letters, give talks, volunteer in the local shop, get dressed up in old clothes so they can paint me red as part of a die-in over the arms trade :-)
