Physiotherapy progress

My physio measurement session today showed good progress. I've been able to train in the gym again for the past few weeks, working particularly on my right (damaged) leg 'straightening'.
In the first measurement, as soon as I was sufficiently recovered to fully bend my right leg, my left leg muscles scored: Extension = 65%, Flexion = 40%. (Referenced to the average for my height, age and sex, I understand). Today, my right leg scores were: Extension = 40%, Flexion = 45%. So, thanks I think to plenty of walking, I'm ahead of the game for 'bending', but behind for 'straightening'.
My next session is Tue 4 May. My target is that my right leg 'straightening' then should match my first left leg measurement. I think that's achievable. I'm also ready to get back on my bike - around the block - if I can only find my pump for the soft tyres! Cycling won't help extension, though.
