No big deal

There was me, expecting cries of outrage at the mere suggestion that I go vegetarian, and even Mater just says "As long as you're happy, and eat a balanced diet, you should do what you like, dear" :-) Of course, I've not floated the idea with G yet... :-)

Any practical ideas about how teachers can effectively over-turn a whole world-view to show that 'bourgeois' knowledge can be of personal benefit to kids?
