Another day in the life

One of Mater's specialists has been on holiday since the schools broke up - no problem, except there was no substitute! Still, she's back now, and seeing Mater on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Mater broke out into a little shimmy whilst we were watching Ray :-)

I've passed all three of my compulsory TTA QTS Key Skills tests ... the 3 Rs are Literacy, Numeracy, and Information and Computer Technology* ... what a farce. School minus 6 and counting.

Just seen a new black-and-white juvenile cat in the garden ... chasing one of the old lags. I've got to keep trying to catch the strays - we know at least one had FeLV :-(

* Explain to me how a pencil isn't "information technology".
