Seeing the light

G has agreed to experiment with light therapy to help us get up on dark mornings.

I hear many favourable reviews of a dawn simulator call the BodyClock. Can anyone point me to the specific machine they're talking about? How much are we going to pay for one of these doohickeys? (Can you get travelling ones with rechargable batteries, solar panels and wind-up boost? :-)

Storming weekend!

I've not felt this 'healthily tired' in a long time. I've spent the weekend hanging out with N on the allotment, working on repairing and protecting the polytunnel from fox damage. We're about half-way there, and can hopefully finish next weekend. (Mater's had a good weekend too, no coincidence really).

Now I'm going to eat home-made daal with G whilst watching the pilot of Due South, then have a hot bath and an early night. Hopefully, I shall sleep the sleep of the righteous :-)
