Also, if people would remember to always put the date of publication on the back cover of what they do. Or somewhere I can find it without needing to plough through too many pages.
I suppose it's mostly because title pages and indices often don't get numbers, but they automatically get numbers in PDFs... Would be nice if it all matched up though, certainly.
