How do I force a hotmail account to send proper plain text email messages, in the body, rather than putting the content into HTML attachments? As I can't get to sit down with the person who is having this problem, I can't work it out!

It will probably be an option.

Urm - should have specified that I've already tried that approach. But it appears to be browser-specific, and the Hotmail help pages haven't, so far.
