Feeling stir-crazy again, I'm braving the Great Outdoors. Well, I got as far as the Big Smoke, caught up on my Fairtrade shopping, and am now taking refuge at Hippy HQ (hence, steam-powered Internet access :-)

My breathing feels a lot better, but I'm tired again now...
