A glimpse of a better world

At one point yesterday, when Mater and I were simply sitting in her flat, sipping the tea she'd made for us, I felt content. I said to her, "This is what it is all about", most sincerely.

Today, I am too drained to manage even one hour of aikido. But I've done some online volunteering for the dojo :-)

Now, the sun is out - and I shall take the cat for a walk (Boof!).
