Bad news from redbird tops the list for today.

Good news, my second interview is scheduled for Wed 5 Nov.

Bad news, I got thrown across the bus and have badly dislocated my right patella. No cycling, aikido, gardening, trips out, standing up or putting weight on it for up to 6 weeks. I find out tomorrow whether I have to have it put in plaster or not.

Ironically, I was on my way back from the other hospital, where the Ears, Nose and Throat consultant had said: Oh, we thought that your old hospital was doing the tests! Well, this will just be an adminstrative appointment today, then. Another eight to ten weeks wait for your tests..." when I got broken. Alanis Morrisette, this is ironic.

Good news: Both D and G are here to minister unto me, and the kitties, including Toxic Tiddles after the next chemo treatment tomorrow. Wah.

Oo! That sounds fun! Although, D will want his IR-linked laptop back soon :-) I have pretty much everything else that I need, thanks to my two wonderful nurses :-)

G has taken his WiFi laptop to work, and I need mine to work from home, so purpletigron is a bit stuck :-(

And she refuses to consider getting a nice cheap iBook or something for her. Silly girl!

Yes, I've seen all of Buffy!

I also heard a rumor (or was it...?) that SMG is interested in guest-starring on the new season of Angel. I'm just baffled by that. I've only seen Season 1 Angel, and a few episodes of other seasons.

I get the feeling that lots of people from Buffy are interested in doing at least cameos in Angel. SMG isn't the one I'm most interested in :-)
