Chocolate care package: tasting notes!

All delicious!!! (all organic) My anonymous benefactor knows me well :-)

• 100g milk chocolate (cocoa solids 34%) - dissolves nicely, quite sweet, a touch gritty in texture
• same, with sultanas, raisins, walnuts, coconut - delicious combination of fruit and nuts: no Brazil nuts, though...
• white chocolate with lemon oil and moist preserved apple - the lemon cuts the sweetness well
• espresso truffles (ganache encased in dark chocolate) - wow! sublime!
• 100g dark chocolate (cocoa solids 67%) - smooth, dark, dissolves nicely on the tongue, slightly powdery texture

If I have to only have one kind of chocolate, a good plain dark organic Fairtrade chocolate will always win. But lots of good ideas here - coconut flakes in milk chocolate, lemon oil in white chocolate, espresso in dark chocolate... Definitely a broad grin on my chops :-) G & D also approve, although they refuse more than a taster of each, the heros!!!!
