purpletigronFirst night of G & D's combined absence - but I had my Flooger to keep me warm :-)
Woke up with the thought, "There's none so blind as they that will not see", and an image of David Blunkett in a No2ID T-shirt... In 1999, ... guide dog Lucy threw up in the Chamber during the speech of [Blunkett's] Tory opponent. Lucy was replaced by her half-sister, Sadie, a black Labrador-curly-coated retriever cross, in 2003 after nearly a decade by Mr Blunkett's side.
Big day today - at 11:00 BST, Mater has a long-awaited first consultation with another new expert, to help deal with one of the other main complications of her current health problems. (Also, doctor again tomorrow, physio again on Thursday).
I'm agonising over whether to apply for a teaching job to start in September. I will ask my tutor's advice...
