Actually no. Currently their privacy policy states they only sell anonymised and aggraggate data . Of course they can change their mind on this at any time.
I'm not really sure why this change is causing such angst - they have ALWAYS claimed to take all your stuff forever. The only difference here is that you don't get it out of it by deleting your profile. But almost no one does that so the change is minimal.
Once FB've shared your personal data with a 3rd party, asking for it back is meaningless - I suspect this change is just clarifying that.
