Folding bikes

purpletigronToday, I'm going to test-ride folding bikes in central London.
I want something which has a reasonable number of gears, as I have knee
problems, and which folds well enough for regular usage in combination
with trains, buses etc.
Any advice, gratefully received. I will make a full report back.
