Bush and Cheney indicted?

Can anyone provide further information on this story:

Chicago -- August 2, 2005 -- TomFlocco.com -- U.S. federal prosecutor Patrick Fitzgerald's Chicago grand jury has issued perjury and obstruction of justice indictments to the following members of the Bush Administration: President George W. Bush, Vice-President Richard Cheney, Bush Chief of Staff Andrew Card, Cheney Chief of Staff I. Lewis "Scooter" Libby, Attorney General Alberto Gonzalez, former Attorney General John Ashcroft, imprisoned New York Times reporter Judith Miller and former Senior Cheney advisor Mary Matalin.

And my second thought on reading this? His initials are RLC, not DLC - unless his full first name really is Dick?!

I'd love it, but I don't believe it. For one thing, we're not supposed to admit that Judith Miller is part of the Bush Administration.

Weird. There must be Chicago court records which can conclusively prove whether this is fabrication or not?

There must be, but I've googled like a crazy person for the story, and I"m not getting anything but the same tomflocco.com article in some very out-of-the-mainstream news/politics sites.
