Face-to-face meetings with Mater's medical team today ... the prognosis is excellent :-)) there is a good treatment programme in place for the next month :-) but progress will continue to be excruciatingly slow :-(

Slow progress towards a positive outcome sounds pretty good. Not as good as rapid progress towards a positive outcome, but definitely many notches up from Doom Und Gloom.
