I'm reading the 'Falco' series for the first time, as I didn't get into 'The Silver Pigs' on my first attempt. Now I'm hooked (and not just on Helena Justina :-) and I've just finished 'The Accusers'. So the pointer to Steven Saylor is timely indeed.
Meanwhile, lots of exciting plans for today, the least of which is to visit Sainzburgz to buy more of their own-brand Organic cat food in Poncey Trays (TM) ... the Boof!er is addicted...

Date: 2007-01-23 12:12 pm (UTC)I've not tried many other authors - just the Cadfael and Sister Fidelma series. Unfortunately, my local branch library holds none of the Steven Saylor books, so I will have to get them from the central library.
Thanks for the tips!
